1. The service
TuboTracker provides profit-analytics reports based on the business data you submit. We analyze your numbers and deliver a report with findings and recommendations. Reports are informational and intended to help you make your own business decisions.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up.
3. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data and files you upload. You grant us permission to process that data solely to prepare and deliver your reports. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the data you submit.
4. Plans, reports, and payments
- Your first report is free. Paid plans are billed monthly and include a set number of reports per month (Starter 2, Growth 3, Pro 5).
- Plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your current paid period.
- Payment methods and processing are handled through our payment provider.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Accuracy and disclaimer
We prepare reports with care based on the information you provide. The quality of the analysis depends on the accuracy and completeness of your data. Reports are provided for guidance and do not constitute financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TuboTracker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding month.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date below reflects the latest version.
